Ya Maal ish-Sham
One of the all-time classics from the Syrian song repertory. I chose this performance, by the Egyptian Sha3abi singer Fatma Sirhan, because it's an unusual choice (and everyone's heard Sabah Fakhri perform it a million times). Her voice grows on you, and of course the ensemble is very catchy and funky in that modern Egyptian belly-dance band way.
